Elite Human Performance’s (EHP) highly effective metabolism-boosting workouts feature 45-60 minute metabolic
workouts for committed individuals looking to change their lives through fitness. Our metabolic
workout features a total body workout that employs high-intensity work periods with short rest
periods in an alternating set or circuit format that combines the muscle-building benefits of
resistance training with the fat-burning benefits of interval training. Our boot camp will:

Through EHP’s proven systems, we have discovered that simply jogging long distances over long

running for overweight individuals and new trainees may be catastrophic to joint health. In
actuality, one needs to get fit to run, not run to get fit. At the end of the day it’s not about how

We include an advanced dynamic warm-up focusing on mobility and muscle activation. One of the
hallmarks of our program is the concept of regeneration via corrective self-massage, stretching,
and mobility/muscle activation drills to bolster injury prevention and dramatically accelerate your
recovery between workouts. Nearly all chronic/overuse joint injuries are caused by tightness in
the muscles above and below the joint in question. The EHP coaches will take time to teach you
how to properly perform your warm-up exercises.

What should I expect from the EHP Evolution Metabolic Resistance Training classes?
Our highly effective boot camps feature 45-60 minute metabolic workouts. We have instituted a
four weeks on, one week off schedule to rest both the mind and body. We also alter the workouts
each month to keep things fun, exciting, and fresh; and to prevent weight loss/performance
plateaus. By switching to different interval protocols and novel exercises, your body is given
continuous stimulus required to keep evolving. The types of equipment used include medicine
balls, ropes, kettle bells, TRX straps, resistance bands, Swiss balls, mini-sledgehammers among
others. The most important exercise aid, however, will initially be your own body weight. You will
be amazed at how challenging your workouts can be in the absence of external loading.
One of our primary missions is to prevent injuries, increase performance, and maximize results.
Therefore we have instituted a mandatory boot camp preparation course which includes an
individual fitness evaluation, flexibility routines, and proper warm-up techniques.
EHP’s Evolution pre-MRT program provides your body with resiliency before you enter our
regular higher-intensity Metabolic Resistance Training. We begin with a tissue quality circuit that teaches the use of
foam rollers, softballs, and tennis balls to massage out years of accumulated scar tissue, trigger
points, and adhesions in your muscles. These techniques will aid in relieving nagging aches and
pains. We then progress to a flexibility circuit that teaches you how lengthen all of the key
muscles that become shortened when sitting at a desk for several hours per day. Lastly, we
employ a mobility/activation circuit to master the foundational bodyweight movements found in our program!
